Otzi Van AVE Builders Cup Win Celebration!

These Official Rules govern the Otzi Adventure Gear Build Credit Giveaway (the "Promotion"). The Sponsor is Otzi Adventure Gear, located at 42066 Avenida Alvarado, Unit E, Temecula, CA 92590.

The Promotion is a series of separate, independent drawings held at qualifying in-person events throughout the 2026 calendar year (each an "Event"). A complete schedule of qualifying Events, including names, locations, and dates, is available at otzivans.com.

Each Event giveaway is a standalone promotion. Entry at one Event does not carry over to, or affect eligibility for, any other Event. Each entrant receives one (1) equal entry into the drawing for the specific Event they have entered.

Participation is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater). The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Otzi Adventure Gear and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members;
• Any person involved in the administration, judging, or fulfillment of this Promotion;
• Any individual whose participation would be in violation of applicable law.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Each Event has its own designated entry period and drawing date. The entry period for each Event opens at the start of that Event and closes at 12:00 PM (noon) local time on the final day of that Event (the "Entry Deadline"). No entries will be accepted after the Entry Deadline.

The drawing for each Event will be held at 2:00 PM local time on the final day of that Event. Event-specific dates and locations are listed at otzivans.com.

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods of entry are free. No purchase is necessary. Each person may submit only one (1) entry per Event, regardless of entry method. Entries for one Event are not valid for any other Event. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

METHOD 1 — IN-PERSON ENTRY
Visit the Otzi Adventure Gear booth or designated entry station at the Event during the entry period and complete a physical entry ticket including your full legal name, valid email address, the name and dates of the Event, and your signature acknowledging agreement to these Official Rules. Deposit the completed ticket into the official entry box before 12:00 PM (noon) on the final day of the Event.

METHOD 2 — MAIL-IN ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
No purchase or Event attendance is required to enter. Mail your completed entry to:

Your mail-in entry must include: (1) full legal name, (2) mailing address, (3) valid email address, (4) the full name, location, and dates of the specific Event you are entering, and (5) the statement: "I agree to the Official Rules of the Otzi Adventure Gear Build Credit Giveaway."

Mail-in entries must be received by Otzi Adventure Gear no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on the day immediately preceding the first day of the applicable Event. Otzi Adventure Gear is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Download the Mail-In Entry Form at otzivans.com.

Each Event drawing will take place at approximately 2:00 PM local time on the final day of the applicable Event at the Otzi Adventure Gear designated drawing area. All eligible entries for that Event — including both in-person and mail-in entries received by the pre-Event deadline — will be placed into a single drawing pool.

An Otzi Adventure Gear representative will draw one (1) winning ticket at random from the pool by physical ticket draw. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that specific Event.

One (1) prize will be awarded per Event.

The prize is a $10,000 build credit ("Credit") applicable only toward the following Otzi Adventure Gear build packages:
• Adapt-Sport 144
• Adapt-Sport 170
• Adapt-Moto 144

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000.

IMPORTANT — OUT-OF-POCKET COST DISCLOSURE: The Credit is a partial credit toward a full build. Eligible build packages start at a minimum total cost of $75,250 and may be higher depending on model selection and options chosen. The winner is responsible for any remaining balance above the $10,000 Credit — a minimum of $65,250 at the lowest build price. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to this requirement.

Prize Restrictions:
• The Credit is non-transferable and non-assignable. It may only be redeemed by the verified winner and cannot be given, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• The Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.
• The Credit cannot be applied toward any other Otzi Adventure Gear products, accessories, or services not listed above.
• The Credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the date the Winner Affidavit is executed and returned to Otzi Adventure Gear. Credits not redeemed within this period will expire automatically with no extension, substitute, or compensation of any kind.
• Any remaining Credit balance above the actual build cost is forfeited; no change will be given.
• The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes on the $10,000 ARV.

The potential winner will be announced at the drawing at 2:00 PM on the final day of the Event.

• If the winner is present at the drawing, they will be notified in person at that time.
• If the winner is not present, Otzi Adventure Gear will notify the potential winner via the email address provided on their entry form within 48 hours of the drawing. Otzi Adventure Gear is not responsible for notification failures resulting from an incorrect or inactive email address, spam filters, or other technical issues outside Sponsor's control.

In either case, the potential winner must respond and complete all required documentation within five (5) business days of notification, including a completed Winner Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability Release and valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to respond or complete documentation within this window will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner by re-draw.

The $10,000 ARV of the prize constitutes taxable income under federal and applicable state law. The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Otzi Adventure Gear will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner for $10,000 and file a copy with the IRS. The winner must provide a completed Form W-9 (including Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number) to Otzi Adventure Gear prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to provide a completed W-9 will result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Otzi Adventure Gear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any Event if fraud, technical errors, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Otzi Adventure Gear, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
• By accepting a prize, the winner consents to Otzi Adventure Gear's use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law.
• Entries become the property of Otzi Adventure Gear and will not be returned.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By entering this Promotion, each participant releases and holds harmless Otzi Adventure Gear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

Otzi Adventure Gear will maintain all giveaway promotional materials, entry materials, and prize-winner information for a minimum of four (4) years following each Event, as required under California Business and Professions Code § 17539.
